As a CBRS, you are responsible for assisting clients in developing greater independence and facilitating their successful integration into the community. Responsibilities
- Completing functional assessments in accordance with agency policy.
- Completing daily client notes and accurate documentation.
- Support clients in various settings with daily living skills, transportation, budgeting, and personal care.
- Facilitate community participation and resource access.
- Teach problem-solving, decision-making, and self-advocacy skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attend regular meetings, supervision, and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services field REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport clients in your own vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive, compassionate attitude helpful
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
