About the Role

At PIRTEK, we do on-site hydraulic hose service the right way the first time. Our technicians are trusted problem-solvers—not just parts changers—and we support them with training, stocked service trucks, and clear quality standards.

This is hands-on field work with rotating on-call hours (with incentive pay). If you take pride in clean installs, safety, and professional work, this may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose hydraulic hose failures and service issues

  • Fabricate and install hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies

  • Route and secure hoses properly to prevent premature failure

  • Perform clean, professional installations that meet safety standards

  • Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions

  • Accurately document work for invoicing and service records

  • Maintain your mobile service unit, tools, and inventory

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with incentive pay)

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to safely operate a large service van

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

  • Comfortable working in industrial environments (oil, grease, weather)

  • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to pass background and driving checks

Experience in diesel, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, field service, or mechanical trades is a plus—but not required.
