The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is seeking a service-driven Customer Care Manager who excels at supporting customers through life’s changes while confidently pivoting service conversations into meaningful in-book sales opportunities when appropriate. This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, values accuracy and follow-through, and understands that exceptional service naturally drives retention and growth.
You will oversee day-to-day service activity, support customer relationships, and help ensure policies remain current and effective—while contributing to monthly in-book sales goals through needs-based recommendations.
About Our Growth
We’re expanding across two locations and continuing to grow our presence in the community. Our current office serves the 19444 area, and we will be opening a second location in 19119 in May 2026. This growth creates strong opportunity for professionals who want to build a long-term career with an agency that is scaling and investing in its future.
Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)
This role is licensing contingent.
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
We provide full licensing support and guidance to help you successfully complete the process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer inquiries and oversee daily service operations
- Provide calm, professional support during service and claims-related conversations
- Assist with policy updates, billing questions, endorsements, and account reviews
- Identify coverage gaps and pivot service conversations into in-book sales opportunities when appropriate
- Recommend additional coverage using a needs-based, customer-first approach
- Track service activity and contribute toward monthly in-book sales goals
- Coordinate team communication to maintain efficient workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures
- Support community engagement and customer outreach initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong service mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to listen first, guide confidently, and recommend solutions when appropriate
- Comfort balancing service excellence with sales accountability
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in customer service, office management, or administrative support preferred
- Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
