Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Deliver Exceptional Service. Build Trust. Support Smart Growth.
Lori Henry State Farm is seeking a service-oriented Customer Service Representative who takes pride in helping people, solving problems, and delivering a high-quality customer experience—while also having the ability to pivot service conversations into meaningful in-book sales opportunities when appropriate.
This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, values accuracy and follow-through, and understands that excellent service naturally creates opportunities to strengthen coverage and support agency growth. Monthly in-book sales goals are part of this role and are achieved through needs-based, customer-first conversations—not high-pressure sales.
About Our Growth
We’re expanding across two locations and continuing to grow our presence in the community. Our current office serves the 19444 area, and we will be opening a second location in 19119 in May 2026. This growth creates strong opportunity for team members who want to build a long-term career with an agency that is scaling and investing in its future.

We provide full licensing support and guidance to help you successfully complete the process.

- Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

- Recommend additional coverage using a needs-based, customer-focused approach
- Coordinate with agency team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to listen first, guide confidently, and pivot to sales when appropriate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior customer service experience preferred

- Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary plus commission and performance incentives
- Full support through the licensing process
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Supportive, service-driven team culture
- Growth opportunities within a multi-location, expanding agency
