Job Summary
The Recruitment & Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily agency operations by leading recruitment efforts, supporting employee training, providing administrative and clerical support, and assisting with client engagement initiatives. This position works closely with agency leadership, clinical staff, and care coordination teams and offers opportunities to grow into expanded responsibilities and leadership support roles.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-focused, and interested in professional growth within a mission-driven healthcare organization serving seniors.
Recruitment, Hiring & Training
- Recruit, screen, and maintain qualified field staff
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post job openings and track recruitment activity
- Conduct phone screenings and request references
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Monitor staffing needs and hiring progress
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Assist with employee training, in-service sessions, and required documentation
- Track training completion, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Provide administrative support to leadership on staffing and workforce planning
Client Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and families as needed
- Support client onboarding and ongoing communication efforts
- Assist with coordination between clients, caregivers, and clinical staff
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner
- Support client satisfaction, retention, and quality improvement initiatives
