Location: Chick-fil-A Church St. 
Level: Restaurant Leadership (Single Location)

Overview:
Chick-fil-A is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting/Hiring Director at the Restaurant level to join our team! As Recruiting Director, you’ll play an essential role in creating a warm, efficient, and welcoming experience for every guest through exceptional hiring and talent strategies. You’ll interview and hire teams to work in a fast-paced environment where kindness, consistency, and excellence matter. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy serving others, take pride in their work, and are eager to develop and implement recruiting strategy and best practices. Note: this role is at the Restaurant Level for a single location. (Church St.)

What you’ll do: 
As Recruiting Director for Chick-fil-A Restaurants, your role may include…
  • Recruiting & Hiring
    • Manage job postings and refresh job descriptions as needed
    • Track and process all applicants in the hiring system
    • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for culture fit, availability, and role readiness
    • Make hiring recommendations to leadership
    • Write interview summaries and coordinate second-round interviews for leadership roles
  • Onboarding & Training Support
    • Collect and organize onboarding paperwork
    • Work alongside the Administrative Director to complete new hire onboarding
    • Lead orientation for Front-of-House, Back-of-House, and Team Lead roles
    • Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure completion
  • People Development
    • Check in weekly with new hires and team members in training
    • Support promotion-track employees by ensuring training progress
    • Help maintain a positive team culture and uphold Chick-fil-A values
What you’ll bring: 
  • Required
    • Positive, dependable, and people-focused attitude
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • Comfort speaking with new people and leading small groups
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented
    • Interest in leadership, hiring, or people development
    • 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience
  • Helpful, but not required:
    • Experience in restaurants or customer service
    • Experience with hiring or onboarding
