Kevin Lowber State Farm is seeking a highly driven, bilingual (Spanish/English) Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound sales, lead generation, and closing new business. This is a production-focused role built for a competitive professional who wants their income tied directly to performance.
You will drive agency growth by prospecting, building a strong pipeline, and converting conversations into policies. If you are confident leading sales discussions in both Spanish and English and motivated by hitting goals, this is the opportunity to grow your income and impact.
Licensing Requirements
Full licensing is required.
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
- Conduct consultative, needs-based sales conversations in both Spanish and English
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Follow up relentlessly to move opportunities from quote to bind
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize household revenue
- Track daily activity metrics and exceed acquisition targets
- Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent bilingual communication skills (Spanish & English required)
- Sales-dominant mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed goals
- Confidence initiating outbound activity and handling objections
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred
