Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Cut & Replace Asphalt professional who knows the work end-to-end. This is not entry-level. You should be able to handle jobs independently, work efficiently, and deliver clean, professional results.

Responsibilities:
- Perform asphalt cut & replace for parking lots, drive lanes, and other asphalt surfaces
- Saw-cut asphalt accurately
- Excavate, prep sub-base, and compact properly
- Install and compact hot mix asphalt to grade
- Ensure smooth transitions and clean edges
- Operate skid steer, saws, rollers, plate compactors, and hand tools
- Follow safety procedures and jobsite standards
- Work with crew to meet schedules and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience with asphalt cut & replace (must have real field experience)
- Ability to read site conditions and execute without hand-holding
- Familiar with compaction standards and asphalt thickness requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and professional on job sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience on commercial properties (retail centers, malls, warehouses)
- Equipment operation experience

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
