Kurt Goeser State Farm is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Service Intern to join our team! This is a part-time, year-round, in-office internship designed for students and individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and community outreach.

- Works around student school schedules
- In-office position
- Primary office location: 18th & Wakarusa (Lawrence, KS)
As a Sales & Service Intern, you’ll support our agency in a variety of ways, including:
- Making outgoing sales calls to prospects and supporting the sales team
- Helping market our services to local businesses
- Supporting social media efforts by increasing traffic and assisting with content creation
- Working with community partners to help grow referrals and networking opportunities
- Assisting with community event planning, organization, and participation
- Helping with phone calls and walk-in customer support at the agency
- Assisting with retention and service projects to support customer needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable talking with people in person and over the phone
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and basic office technology
- Interest in sales, marketing, customer service, or business

Compensación: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
