About the Role:
Join HomeWell Care Services GA311 as a CNA / PCA, where your compassionate care makes a real difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized in-home care in Alpharetta, GA, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and record clients' health and vital signs as needed.
- Administer medications and assist with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client conditions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Provide transportation to doctors visits, shopping, social events, and errands
Requirements:
- Current CNA or PCA certification in the state of Georgia.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- We offer flexible hours, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
- TB screen and CPR certification are required.
