We are a locally owned small business seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Support & Sales Support professional to support daily office operations and customer communications. This role is well-suited for someone who brings experience, professionalism, and maturity to customer interactions and office responsibilities.
The position is primarily on-site, with limited remote work potentially available over time based on performance and reliability.
Primary Responsibilities
· Answer and return inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
· Process customer payments accurately and securely
· Respond to and support customer billing and account inquiries
· Create and send remote estimates to customers
· Coordinate customer follow-up related to estimates and completed service calls
· Schedule customer appointments based on customer requests and availability
Additional Responsibilities
· General office administrative support
· Invoice processing and data entry
· Light document preparation and record management
· Additional administrative or customer support duties as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Relevant experience preferred in office administration, customer service, sales support, or receptionist roles
· Professional maturity is required, including sound judgment, accountability, and discretion when working with customers and sensitive information
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email), Word, and Excel
· Excellent phone presence, communication skills, and professional phone etiquette
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow established processes
· Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly pay based on experience

· This is a part-time position and does not include benefits, insurance, or retirement plans
