Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the daily accounting operations of multiple external clients. This is a full-time, in-office position suited for a professional who demonstrates strong analytical ability, discretion, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Record daily deposits and prepare journal entries
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances
- Maintain depreciation and fixed asset schedules
- Prepare financial reports and schedules for leadership and external audits
- Assist with year-end closing procedures and special accounting projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of reconciliation and general ledger processes
- Experience with QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Online preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and professional demeanor
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay: $30–$32 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Paid holidays and 120 hours of paid time off annually
