Landscape Sales Assistant – Launch Your Career in Landscaping!
Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape is a professional landscape design and build company, creating functional, beautiful outdoor spaces with thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and strong client relationships. We’re seeking a Landscape Sales Assistant to support our Sales Consultants and Design team while gaining hands-on experience in landscape design, client communication, and project coordination.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about landscaping, eager to grow into a future Landscape Sales Consultant, and ready to learn the ins and outs of design and sales.
What You’ll Do
Design Support
- Assist in preparing visual aids to showcase design concepts
- Source plants and materials alongside the Sales Consultant and Design team
Sales & Client Support
- Support client meetings, site visits, and consultations
- Help prepare and present design proposals and project summaries
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Track sales leads and assist with follow-ups
Consulting Assistance
- Research materials, products, and industry trends
- Address client questions and concerns professionally
Estimating & Project Coordination
- Help prepare accurate cost estimates for projects (labor, materials, equipment)
- Analyze project scope and site conditions to ensure realistic timelines and costs
Note: Duties may vary depending on seasonal needs and company priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, design, or related field (preferred)
- Coursework or certification in landscaping, horticulture, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with residential or commercial landscaping practices
- Creative, detail-oriented, and interested in landscape sale
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage time effectively and collaborate with teams
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying seasonal conditions
- Willingness to learn landscape estimating, design processes, and client consultation
Job Details
- Type: Full-time, Seasonal
- Salary: $19–$22/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
