We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Part-Time Call Intake Specialist with extensive customer service to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, gathering essential job and customer information, and ensuring accurate documentation to support our operations team.
- Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Collect and document customer and job-related information accurately
- Schedule appointments and route inquiries to the appropriate department
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in company systems
- Provide clear, helpful information regarding services and next steps
- Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable use of computers, phones, and basic office software
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or call intake preferred
