Key Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and prioritizing appointments across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings, board meetings, and private equity investor updates
- Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and documentation with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate and prepare materials for quarterly board meetings, investor calls, and strategic planning sessions
- Serve as primary point of contact between the President's office and internal departments, external partners, vendors, and private equity stakeholders
- Manage expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking for the executive office
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and respond appropriately or route to relevant parties
- Coordinate executive team meetings and ensure follow-up on action items and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and senior-level executive support experience
- 3–5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience within the construction, restoration, or professional services industry preferred
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial workflows, and executive-level reporting
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage confidential matters and lead through influence
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
