Dorrit Emerich State Farm is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist who excels at delivering exceptional service while confidently identifying in-book sales opportunities. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands that strong service builds trust—and trust leads to growth.

You will work closely with existing customers, managing renewals, handling service requests, and conducting proactive coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected. The right candidate can pivot naturally from service conversations into meaningful recommendations that strengthen accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, policy changes, and coverage questions
  •  Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
  •  Provide professional support during service and claims-related conversations
  •  Recommend additional protection using a needs-based approach
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures
  •  Collaborate with team members to meet retention and production goals

Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 start

If not currently licensed, P&C must be obtained before starting

Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding guidance are provided throughout the process

  •  Detail-oriented and organized with disciplined follow-up
  •  Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
  •  Prior customer service, account management, or insurance experience preferred
