Roofing Sales Associate – Storm Restoration

Modern Remodeling is a nationally recognized insurance restoration contractor with 30+ years of stability and growth. We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Storm Restoration team due to continued demand across the DMV. This role is ideal for proven closers who want autonomy, strong operational support, and uncapped earning potential with a reputable company.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and manage new business through self-generated leads, referrals, and networking
- Inspect roofs and properties to assess storm damage
- Work directly with homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the claims process
- Present restoration solutions and guide material selections
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with homeowners and insurance carriers
- Manage projects from inspection through completion
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $41,600 + uncapped commissions
- Average annual earnings: $100,000–$150,000+
- Majority of time spent in the field
- Flexible schedule
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Qualifications
- Prior sales experience (roofing, restoration, or home improvement preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
