Availability Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
Typical shift windows:
- Opening: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Mid: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closing: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Applicants must:
• Be available Fridays and Saturdays
• Be able to work a variety of opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Provide clear weekly availability (not limited to small time blocks)
• Be available to work through Summer 2026
This position requires flexible availability, including weekends and a variety of shift times based on business needs.
Job Summary
The Muse Coffee Company is looking for energetic, team-oriented people who enjoy coffee, hospitality, and creating a great experience for our guests. We are looking for our team members to go above and beyond to serve not only our guests but fellow team members and have fun doing it!
Looking for all shifts, 15-20 hours per week.
Foodservice experience is a plus. Previous barista/coffee experience not required.
Responsibilities:
- Multitask in a fast paced environment

- Demonstrate reliability and responsibility while on shift
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items in accordance with food safety standards.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive customer experience.

- Ability to stand for extended periods
Hourly rate range noted below includes base pay PLUS tips.
Compensation: $9.79 - $13.00 per hour
