RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer’s needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, Pick the hours you work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. No Experience Needed, perfect for opportunity for someone going to school, stay at home parent, etc.
Compensation: $12.25 - $14.50 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Farmington.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 22 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
