Compensation:
Up to $100,000 per year (base salary plus performance bonuses)

We are looking for a driven, proven sales leader to step into an Agency Sales Manager role. This position is for someone who knows how to sell, knows how to coach, and knows how to hold a team accountable to real results.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed sales professionals
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production targets
- Conduct one-on-one coaching, role play, and performance reviews
- Monitor pipelines, conversion metrics, and individual results
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members
- Reinforce sales processes, scripts, and follow-up discipline
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results
- Collaborate with the agency owner on growth strategies and goals
- Sales targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Team members know their numbers and improve performance
- Activity levels are high and sales processes are followed
- Producers are growing, not plateauing
- The sales culture is positive, competitive, and professional
- Fully licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health, or willing and able to obtain licenses quickly
- Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Strong personal sales background with a track record of success
- Confident communicator who can coach, challenge, and inspire
- Organized, goal-driven, and metrics-focused
- Comfortable leading by example and staying involved in production
- High integrity and strong work ethic
