I opened my agency in 2001 after spending many years in various roles with State Farm corporate, bringing more than 30 years of State Farm experience into agency ownership. Our team of five operates with a strong family-first mindset and a laid-back, supportive atmosphere where people genuinely care about one another. Giving back is important to us, and we’re actively involved in charities that support individuals with special needs, which reflects the compassion and patience we bring into our work with customers.

Our office hours run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., reinforcing our belief that family and personal life should always come first. We’re looking for driven, dedicated go-getters on the sales side who have resilience and determination, as well as well-rounded service team members who can handle a variety of responsibilities with attention to detail and confidence.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
