Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate sales appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
- Prepare and process sales orders and contracts accurately.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns.
- Maintain customer databases and update records as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with the generator or electrical industry is a plus.
