Join a high-energy, hands-on property maintenance team where no two days are the same. We’re looking for a technician to support our Lead Maintenance professional across multiple properties. If you like staying busy, solving problems, and working with a solid team — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with day-to-day property maintenance and repairs
- Handle inspections and preventative upkeep
- Respond to service requests quickly and professionally
- Help troubleshoot issues and work with vendors
- Travel between properties throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience preferred (maintenance, handyman, construction, property support)
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Fast learner who enjoys a busy, active workday
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible schedule
