We are seeking experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Drivers for our Burleson, TX location. The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscaping crew, operating company vehicles, and ensuring high-quality work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires hands-on landscaping experience, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites
- Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job locations safely
- Perform and oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and debris cleanup
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Assign tasks to crew members and provide on-the-job training
- Load, unload, and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment
- Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and material needs
- Complete daily job reports and time tracking as required
- Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & a clean driving record
- Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to safely tow trailers and operate landscaping equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment
