High-Performance Sales Role | Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
George Wernery State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Multiline Representative who thrives on closing business, building long-term relationships, and driving agency growth. This is a production-focused role for a licensed insurance professional who is confident in sales conversations and energized by hitting goals.
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred to support and expand our diverse customer base.
State Farm experience is preferred but not required. If you understand how to navigate State Farm systems and production expectations, you will have a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, cross-selling, and community networking
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and lead to confident buying decisions
- Cross-sell within the existing book to increase account depth and retention
- Follow up consistently on quotes and pipeline activity to maximize close ratio
- Build strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Track daily sales activity and production to meet and exceed agency goals
Licensing Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
Life & Health license preferred
Candidates must be properly licensed prior to start
