Pre-K Teacher (Full-Time) — Primrose School of Chelmsford
Pay: $21–$24/hr
Schedule: 7:30 am–5:30 pm

  • 20-student classroom with two teachers (balance, collaboration, consistency)
  • Dedicated Education Coach (instructional practice, classroom management, professional growth)
  • Thoughtfully paired co-teacher who complements your strengths and teaching style
  • Assigned Faculty Support Teacher who covers breaks and planning time daily
  • Ongoing support from a 4-person Leadership Team that is present, responsive, and invested
  • Fully stocked classrooms (all materials, books, and supplies provided)
  • Consistent roster of children for the full school year (deep relationships + real progress)
