This Role Is About Results
You will:
Drive Revenue
- Proactively uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing book
- Lead confident protection reviews that result in multiline growth
- Turn service calls into meaningful coverage conversations
Increase Retention
- Strengthen relationships to reduce churn
- Solve problems quickly while reinforcing value
- Position clients for long-term loyalty
Support Agency Performance
- Hit activity and production goals
- Contribute directly to agency growth metrics
- Help us outperform the competition
