Special Skills: Hoyer lift / DME experience
What You’ll Do (Factoryville — Mornings)
Make mornings work: safe transfers, steady personal care, and an encouraging presence that keeps the day moving—plus a little fun with light video/computer games if the client is up for it.

Hoyer lift transfers and mobility assistance (DME confident)

Personal care & ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene

Medication reminders and hydration prompts

Meal preparation and simple cooking

Light housekeeping (tidy shared areas, dishes, wipe‑downs)

Transportation to local errands/appointments

Companionship and engagement (conversation or simple gaming)
Must‑Have Skills & Qualities
- Confident with Hoyer lift, gait belt, and safe transfers
- Calm, patient communicator; dependable follow‑through
- Comfortable balancing ADLs, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Organized, punctual, and safety‑first every shift
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance

Reliable vehicle for transportation
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. (background screening)
- Physically able to assist with hands‑on care, mobility, and routine tasks
