Position Overview:
The Residential Investment Real Estate Advisor represents buyers and sellers in residential and small multifamily transactions with a focus on investment-oriented properties.
This role is suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable working in a production-based, commission-only environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in residential and investment property transactions
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities
- Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics
- Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closing processes
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and related service providers
- Develop and maintain professional client relationships
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio real estate license (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
- Experience in sales, outreach, or client relationship management preferred
- Interest in residential investment real estate
