Window World of Connecticut is hiring motivated individuals in Manchester, CT for an Outside Sales Representative / In-Home Sales Consultant position.
This is a full-time opportunity in the fast-growing home improvement and exterior remodeling industry, offering pre-qualified appointments, paid training, and unlimited earning potential. No prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales consultations throughout the state of Ct
- Demonstrate and explain energy-efficient replacement windows and exterior products
- Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions
- Prepare contracts and manage required documentation
- Provide customer follow-up throughout project completion
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Engaging, outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Sales experience preferred but not required
