Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within our client base and through new leads
  • Educate clients on insurance products and help them select coverage that fits their needs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Manage client accounts with attention to detail and follow-up on inquiries promptly
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and competitive attitude that drives results
