- Deliver exceptional service to existing clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients through an outgoing and engaging personality
- Collaborate effectively with team members to drive agency success
- Manage client accounts with attention to detail and prompt follow-up
- Maintain a high level of activity and hustle to maximize client satisfaction and sales growth
