We're looking for a Client Outreach Representative to join our growing insurance agency. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with customer-facing experience who is ready to build a rewarding career. Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, banking, fitness, or another customer service role, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

This isn't a call center or telemarketing position. You'll be an important part of our agency, connecting with prospective clients, building relationships, identifying their needs, and helping them take the next step with one of our licensed insurance professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with prospective customers through outbound phone calls.
  • Build rapport and create positive first impressions with every conversation.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to licensed team members.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to agency clients.
  • Assist with follow-up communications and other agency service needs.
  • Accurately document conversations and customer information.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team environment.
What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required. 
  • A positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the day.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated to achieve daily activity goals.
  • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, banking, restaurants, fitness, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Insurance experience is not required—we'll teach you what you need to know.

Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
