Role Description:
We are seeking an in-office sales representative to join our insurance agency as we expand our sales team. This is a high-volume, outbound role supported by a structured sales process and intentional coaching.
If you are motivated, driven, and aren't afraid of 100+ calls per day, we want to hear from you.
- Our hours are 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
- No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
- Base pay: $50,000 plus commission based on individual sales results.

Requirements:
- Energetic, professional, and good with people.
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Comfortable with a metrics-driven workday.
- A Washington State insurance producer license (or a willingness to obtain one).
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales goals through outbound calling and follow-up to agency-provided contacts.
- Follow our structured sales blueprint to guide every conversation.
- Maintain consistent daily activity (talk time, quotes, follow-up, and pipeline management).
- Participate in regular coaching and practice.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
