Job Title: Project Manager — Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) to lead planning, scheduling, and execution oversight for complex projects. This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing accurate forecasting, risk visibility, and executive reporting.
The ideal candidate combines structured project leadership with advanced scheduling capability inside Oracle Primavera Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
- Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Create logic-driven CPM schedules and critical path analysis
- Establish and maintain schedule baselines
- Perform regular schedule updates and variance analysis
- Lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders
- Coordinate timelines across engineering, procurement, operations, and vendors
- Perform scenario modeling and schedule risk assessments
- Manage milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Resource loading and capacity planning
- Produce executive dashboards and schedule reports
- Support cost and earned value tracking when required
- Identify schedule risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure schedule governance and data integrity
- Support portfolio-level reporting where applicable
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Controls / Scheduler
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) — required
- Strong CPM scheduling knowledge
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects
- Experience with baseline and change management
- Ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience with large capital or infrastructure projects
- Experience with cost controls / earned value management
- Experience integrating Primavera with ERP systems
- Portfolio project oversight experience
- Risk modeling experience
