Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our care team. As a PSW, you will provide personalized in home support to clients and assist with their daily living needs in a respectful and professional manner.
Your responsibilities will include personal care such as bathing and grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and providing companionship and emotional support. You will play an important role in improving the quality of life and independence of our clients.
The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high quality care while maintaining client dignity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Support clients with meal preparation and basic household tasks
- Assist with medication reminders as directed
- Monitor client comfort and report any concerns
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients and care coordinators
- Follow care plans and company standards
Requirements
- Valid PSW certificate or relevant experience
- Compassionate and patient personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
- Legally eligible to work
