Where You’ll Focus & What You’ll Do

Recruitment Pipeline
- Write job posts and manage targeted ads on caregiver and CNA boards
- Build partnerships with CNA/nursing schools, workforce centers, veteran groups, and faith-based organizations
- Host virtual and in-person job fairs, school presentations, and “Day-in-the-Life” open houses

Retention Programs
- Launch stay interviews plus 30/60/90-day check-ins to catch concerns early
- Team with Scheduling Coordinators, Care Managers, and Agency Director to spot burnout risks and create recognition or upskilling paths
- Analyze turnover data and recommend perks, pay differentials, or mentoring initiatives

Orientation & Compliance
- Lead engaging weekly orientations for New Hires
- Keep paper files audit-ready—licenses, TB tests, skills checklists, annual reviews

Data & Reporting
- Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, 90-day retention, and satisfaction scores; share insights with the Agency Director
- Evaluate ROI for each recruiting channel and refine strategies for better results
- 2–3 + years in recruiting or HR—home-care or healthcare staffing is a big plus
- Proven success in reducing turnover or boosting employee engagement
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms
- Confident presenter and relationship-builder—comfortable at career fairs and community events
- Organized multitasker who meets strict deadlines without losing the human touch
