Nick Albernas State Farm is seeking a sales-focused Account Associate who thrives in a production-driven environment. This is not a back-office role. This is a growth-focused sales role for someone who is motivated by activity, accountability, and results.
You will be expected to drive revenue daily, aggressively pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach and disciplined follow-up. If you are competitive, goal-driven, and motivated to maximize your income through production and performance, this is where you prove it.
Licensing Requirements
Full licensing is required.
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office.
Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting.

Production Expectations
This is a sales-focused position with clear activity and production expectations.
The successful candidate will be expected to sell a minimum of 35+ applications per month through new business, cross-selling, upselling, and proactive customer account review.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
Cross-sell and recommend additional coverage through needs-based conversations
Drive new business and consistently work toward monthly sales goals
Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and coverage reviews while identifying additional protection needs
Follow up on claims and service interactions while pivoting into protection discussions
Manage and update customer records accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with underwriting to ensure timely policy issuance and closing of business
Consistently work toward individual production and activity goals
What We’re Looking For
Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to grow income through performance
Ability and willingness to meet a requirement of 35+ applications sold per month
Property & Casualty license obtained prior to start date
Confidence in leading coverage conversations and asking for the business
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a production focus
Previous insurance or sales experience preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
