We are hiring a high-performance Director of Operations to serve as second-in-command to the Agency Owner. This is a dual-role leadership position requiring both personal sales production and oversight of Sales Managers.

Compensation: $60,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses + Up to $30,000 Team Incentives

Total Earning Potential: $100,000+



This role is ideal for a disciplined, results-driven leader who thrives in performance environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop Sales Managers
  • Drive agency-wide production goals
  • Maintain personal production standards
  • Enforce accountability systems and performance reviews
  • Improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Execute strategic growth initiatives 

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years leadership experience
  • 3–5 years sales experience
  • Proven production success
  • Strong business acumen
  • High integrity and accountability 

Preferred
  • Insurance Licenses (P&C, Life & Health)
  • Series 65 License
