Will Thomson State Farm is hiring a highly motivated, sales-dominant Multiline Representative who thrives on production, prospecting, and closing business. This is not a passive service role — this is a growth-focused sales position designed for professionals who want to control their income through performance.

Licensing Requirements

This is a fully licensed position.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start
 • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
 • Full licensing support and guidance are provided throughout the process

Candidates must have prior sales experience.
 State Farm or insurance sales experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound calls, internet leads, referrals, and community outreach
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life policies
  • Actively cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business
  • Follow up consistently and aggressively to convert opportunities into bound policies
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referral growth
  • Track daily activity, pipeline progress, and production goals
