ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a small, close-knit team of two who are focused on building strong relationships and making a real impact in the community. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a District Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. That experience showed me how much of a difference I could make by helping people protect what matters most and build generational wealth, which ultimately led me to State Farm.

Community involvement is a big part of our mission. We participate in yearly outreach events with the local fire department, work with Chicago Public Schools to educate teens on safe driving, and partner with the South Suburban Housing Association to help first-time home buyers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Danielle Dixon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
