In this role, you'll work with business owners across a variety of industries, uncovering risks, recommending coverage solutions, and building a book of commercial insurance clients. You'll have the support, training, and resources needed to grow your income and your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Meet with business owners to understand their operations and insurance needs
• Present commercial insurance solutions and coverage recommendations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Follow up on leads and manage sales opportunities through the entire sales process
• Collaborate with agency team members to deliver exceptional client experiences

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
• Sales, business development, insurance, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Commercial insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
