We're growing and looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team in the Western / Central Massachusetts territory. If you’re a driven sales professional with a strong HVAC background, this is your opportunity to represent some of the best brands in the industry and grow your career with a respected and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and HVAC distributors
- Promote and sell HVAC products from our manufacturer partners
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to customers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Negotiate terms and close sales
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to meet territory goals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, either with a rep agency, manufacturer, or distributor
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently while being a team player
- Familiarity with the MA HVAC market is a strong plus
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
