Role Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, helping clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims. The role involves working closely with the agency team and serving community members. There are opportunities for career advancement, especially for sales-minded individuals.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, helping clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims. The role involves working closely with the agency team and serving community members. There are opportunities for career advancement, especially for sales-minded individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
- Assist clients with policy updates and changes
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain insurance licenses
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
