Right at Home Spokane, a trusted and family-operated in‑home care provider, is searching for reliable and compassionate Personal Caregivers for both part-time and full-time roles. We are looking for Caregivers who demonstrate genuine empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting individuals in their daily lives.
Competitive Compensation: $20–$22 per hour
Pay varies based on background, certifications, and the level of Caregiver services you are able to deliver. We offer steady scheduling so Caregivers can maintain consistent earnings.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care assistance such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Support with household tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Provide care within clients’ homes, with shifts and duties that vary based on client needs
Requirements:
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not mandatory—we cover training costs
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and successfully complete a competency exam, drug test, and nationwide background screening
