About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Shop & Fleet Coordinator to keep our shop, vehicles, equipment, and office areas clean, organized, and ready for the day. This role supports our field teams by making sure everything is prepared before crews head out each morning.

If you like early mornings, hands-on work, and taking ownership of organization and cleanliness, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Shop, Vehicle & Equipment (Morning Prep Focus)

  • Open and prepare the shop for the workday

  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and properly stocked

  • Clean and organize production vehicles (interior & exterior)

  • Ensure vehicles are job-ready before crews leave

  • Track vehicle mileage and schedule routine maintenance

  • Communicate vehicle or equipment issues to management

  • Receive, check in, and put away supply and equipment orders

  • Inspect equipment to ensure it’s clean, functional, and ready

Office & Facility Cleaning

  • Clean and restock office bathrooms

  • Vacuum office and common areas

  • Take out trash and maintain break/office cleanliness

  • Maintain a professional, clean workspace for staff and visitors

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with cleaning and maintenance responsibilities

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable following checklists and routines

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Dependable, punctual, and consistent

  • Prior shop, warehouse, custodial, fleet, or restoration experience is a plus
