Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver impressive customer service.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen areas.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with every visit.
- Assist in preparing and serving delicious crepes and beverages.
- Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferably within the food service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food, particularly crepes and café culture.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Serve safe certification would be considered an asset, but not required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
