RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clearly communicate information about our insurance products and services to customers.
- Support customers throughout the policy application and renewal process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate strong service skills by actively listening and asking thoughtful questions to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses and commit to ongoing professional development.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
