Job Summary
We are seeking PM FISH PREP people to join the team at our busy restaurant. In this position, you will be responsible for cutting and prepping fish for our restaurant and wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate is experienced in prepping food at a fast pace and in a fast paced environment. They can hold and manage a knife with ease, and are very familiar with slicing, cutting, chopping and using knives. Must be able to stand on their feet

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
