Re-Bath SE Michigan is expanding our installation team and investing in long-term trade careers. We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined professionals who want to master bathroom remodeling and grow into skilled plumbing and installation roles.


Structured Installation Training Program
·         Demolition and site preparation
·         Plumbing rough-in and finish plumbing
·         Carpentry and framing modifications
·         Finish installation and detail work
·         Customer-ready jobsite execution standards


Plumbing Apprenticeship Program (Career Advancement Path)
·         Work directly under experienced plumbing professionals
·         Log required hours toward licensing qualifications
·         Gain real-world residential plumbing experience
·         Develop skills in water supply, drainage, and fixture installation
·         Position yourself for higher earning potential in a licensed trade

Compensation increases are performance-based and skill-based. The more you learn and produce, the more you earn.


Compensation & Benefits
·         $45,000 – $75,000+ annual earning potential

·         Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends)

Requirements
·         Valid driver’s license
